Talking with your clients through a channel made for work changes three things:
Your client's data, only between the two of you
Messages and files travel from your device to your client's, end-to-end encrypted. We never store your conversations, nor can we read them: only your devices store them and can open them. If the other person is not connected, a short message can wait encrypted in their phone's notification service (up to 72 h) until they reconnect; neither we nor that service can open it. Each user turns this feature on or off.
Conversations you can prove
Export the history with a client and a date range, with the signature of your account and, if requested, the timestamp from up to three independent authorities. Anyone can verify it, without an account.

Frequently asked questions
Is it valid as evidence in a proceeding?
The export generates a signed copy that anyone can verify without an account, and to which you can add the timestamp from up to three independent authorities. The final assessment always belongs to the judge. Those timestamps are not «qualified» in the sense of eIDAS.
Does it comply with GDPR for specially protected data (health, sensitive economic data)?
By design: we cannot leak what we don't store. There are no sub-processors with access to content. Transfer is direct between devices. For data under Art. 9 GDPR (health) it is especially relevant as it eliminates the chain of responsibility over third-party providers.
How do I migrate current chats with my clients?
They are not migrated. Solo2 Pro starts fresh. It's a conscious decision: WhatsApp history is already where it is, importing it to Solo2 would not make it more private retroactively. You can keep WhatsApp in parallel during the transition.
What if the client doesn't want to install another app?
Solo2 works as a progressive web app (PWA): it opens in the browser, without going through the App Store or Google Play. It is a link, not a download. For a client, installing Solo2 is simpler than creating an account for any service. (We are also preparing the store route as an additional option, for those who prefer it.)
