What you actually pay
When you top up the wallet you receive more balance than you pay.
Smaller top-ups receive a proportionally smaller bonus. You will see each option with its exact bonus in the app, before paying.
These bonuses may change. The application always shows the current conditions before topping up.
How the bonus works. The bonus is a gift from Solo2, not money you paid. It is credited the same day you pay. If you downgrade to a lower plan (you or an administrator), you lose all your remaining bonus. You never lose real money, and the app warns you of the exact amount before final confirmation.
If you have a Pro or Business account, you can top up someone else's Normal account (for example, a client of yours) and pass them part of your bonus, but only after 60 consecutive days on Pro or Business. This has nothing to do with downgrading: if you downgrade, you lose whatever bonus you have left.
Funding a client's account
The balance you transfer arrives in full in your client's account, up to €4 a month per client: a full month of a Normal account. You decide who you fund, how much, and when. The monthly limit counts the accounts you create and those you transfer balance to.
* The daily prices for Pro (1.00 €) and Business (3.33 €) are for a 30-day month. Each day we deduct from your balance the monthly price of your plan divided by the days of that month, rounded down to the cent, so a month never costs more than its monthly price. In a 31-day month, the day costs 0.12 € for Normal, 0.96 € for Pro and 3.22 € for Business; in February, 0.14 €, 1.07 € and 3.57 € (0.13 €, 1.03 € and 3.44 € in a leap year). The day runs from 00:00 to 24:00 UTC and is charged at the highest plan your account held that day. While the account is paused, 30 % of the daily price is charged, rounded down. All prices include VAT (21 %).
